2. Products and Availability

Due to our limited stockholding, some products are ordered from third-party suppliers after a customer places an order.

5. Order Processing Times
Due to our stockholding arrangements and supplier ordering process, some orders require additional processing time before dispatch.
Our typical processing timeframe is 7–21 working days before dispatch.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Processing time is separate from the delivery time required by the courier.
The applicable estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated before purchase, including where an order is expected to take longer than 30 calendar days to arrive.
Where a longer delivery period applies, we will obtain the customer’s agreement to that timeframe.
6. Delivery
Silver Dragon Cosplay currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be provided before you complete your order.
Some products are sourced from third-party suppliers after an order is placed. Where applicable, our typical processing period is 7–21 working days before dispatch, followed by the estimated delivery time for your selected shipping method.
We will communicate the applicable estimated delivery timeframe before purchase. Where delivery is expected to exceed 30 calendar days, we will seek your agreement to the longer timeframe.
Once goods are ready for dispatch, we will arrange delivery using the selected shipping method.
We remain responsible for meeting our contractual delivery obligations, including where third-party suppliers or couriers are involved.
If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you with an update and discuss the available options.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of the contract being made.

Risk of loss or damage normally remains with Silver Dragon Cosplay until the goods come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate, other than the carrier. Different rules may apply if you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Customers purchasing eligible goods online normally have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving their goods.
After notifying us of cancellation, customers generally have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods where this has been disclosed before purchase.
Silver Dragon Cosplay will meet its legal obligations concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, including applicable return costs.
