Silver Dragon Cosplay (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates as an independent cosplay materials supply company based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order through our website, you (“the customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Availability & Order Processing
Due to our business model and limited on-site storage, many of our items are sourced directly from third-party suppliers once an order has been placed.
As such, order processing times may vary depending on supplier stock levels and delivery times.
- Typical processing timeframe: 7–21 working days before dispatch.
- Extended delays: If a supplier experiences stock shortages or shipping delays, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update and an estimated delivery time.
- If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable period, you will be offered the choice of an alternative product or a full refund.
3. Delivery
Once your order has arrived at our premises, it will be checked, packaged, and dispatched to you using your chosen delivery method.
Delivery times stated at checkout apply after dispatch, not from the date of order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes (for international orders), or supplier-related delays outside our direct control.

4. Returns & Refunds
You are entitled to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items are in their original, unused condition.
Please note:
- Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from standard returns unless faulty. This includes any product cut to size before dispatch.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
