How long we keep data
- Order data: Retained for 6 years from the end of the last financial year, in line with UK HMRC record-keeping requirements.
- Accounts: Active accounts are kept until you delete them. If you delete your account, we anonymise order records but retain non-identifiable order information (totals, VAT, invoice number) for tax purposes.
- Marketing consent: Kept until you withdraw consent (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Your rights

- Delete your account (and anonymise your order data, where legally possible).

How to delete your account
You can delete your account at any time via the “My Account” page. Deleting your account will:
- Remove your login and contact details.
- Anonymise your order history so it cannot identify you, while preserving required tax records.
Security
We use secure connections (SSL/HTTPS) and do not store your card details on our servers. All payments are processed via trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna).
