Founded in 2015 from a passion for 80s culture, vintage toys and prop building, Monopoly Events organises fan conventions across the UK. Its three main brands include Comic Con, bringing together celebrity guests, gaming and cosplay; For the Love of, offering events dedicated to particular genres; and Comic Con Mania, providing one-day, family-friendly experiences in smaller cities. With a “by the fans, for the fans” approach, Monopoly Events aims to create welcoming, inclusive experiences where attendees can build friendships, grow in confidence and make lasting memories. Listening to fans, providing responsive customer service and strengthening local community connections are central to its approach.
